The Susty Lunchbox Kids Cookalong Class #1

This is a showcase class of the Susty Lunchbox Cookalong Classes: The Kids Series. The class is most suitable for ages 9-13, who are capable, with a bit of teaching and encouragement, to pack their own lunchboxes. Younger kids are welcome to join with a parent supervising. This is the booking for the live class, but there will be a relay added to the platform. The class is taught via Zoom.The live class will take place on Sunday, 19 September at 4pm, Irish Standard Time. Once you book, you will have access to the recipes and the Zoom login.

The recipes are healthy but not too 'virtuous' as to alienate kids. I use a structure to design lunchbox recipes and menus that mean they are well-balanced and good for energy, gut health and brain fuel. There is also a strong emphasis on zero-waste and zero single-use plastics. 

I'm not charging a fee for the class, but the platform requires that you pay a nominal fee to access the course, eg: €1. If you would like to contribute more, that is entirely up to you. It is appreciated but not required, everyone is welcome.

If you download the Gumroad app, it will store all the documents from the classes for you. But I do recommend downloading them to your computer. 

Once you register, you will be able to access the recipes and the Zoom login.
